At Hippie Trend, customer happiness matters.
We carefully check every item before shipping, but we understand that sometimes a return may be needed. Please review our policy before starting any return request.

🔁 Returns

Yes — you may return your order.
If you’re not satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all accessories included.

• Items must not show signs of misuse, washing, strong odors, stains, or damage.

• If the item arrives defective, you must report the issue immediately upon delivery with photo evidence.

• Return shipping costs belong to the customer.

• Returns are reviewed within 7 business days after the package reaches our warehouse.

⚠️ Important:
We do not offer free returns.
Return packages must include a valid tracking number.
Returns sent without tracking or to the wrong address cannot be accepted or refunded.

🚫 Non-Refundable Conditions

• Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, or intentional damage.

• Returns sent to the sender address instead of our return center.

• Situations caused by courier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions.

• Clearance, sale, or final-discount items where stated otherwise.

If your item arrives damaged, we do not issue refunds, but we replace the item free of charge with the same or equal-value product.

📨 How to Request a Return

• Order number

• Full name

• Return reason

• Photos (required if item is damaged/incorrect)

• Shipping address used on the order

❗ Do NOT send items back without receiving the correct return address from us.
Returns sent to the wrong address will not be processed.

⚠️ Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you're purchasing for personal use (not business), you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Please note:

• The 14-day period begins the day you receive the last item in your order.

• Because orders are processed automatically, cancellations are not possible after the order has been shipped.

• If the order is already shipped, you must wait to receive the package and then follow the return steps.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

🚚 Items in Transit

Orders ship from our main warehouse located in Asia.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs, and courier workload.

Once an order is shipped, we cannot stop or cancel it.

If you wish to return the item once it arrives, please contact us first so we can provide the correct return instructions.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will refund the product price only (shipping fees and priority shipping are not refundable).

Refund timing:

• Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Refunds are sent back to your original payment method.

Return shipping to our Asia warehouse is the customer’s responsibility.
